Rutherford Group operating through the trading name “RISC”, provide a Door Security service to Licensed Bars and Clubs throughout the UK.
We comply with all current legislative and regulative requirements and applicable laws pertaining to our industry and the deployment of Door Supervisors.
The Management team of our company are fully experienced within the industry and remain totally involved, personally overseeing all assignments.
We are committed to the requirements of EN BS ISO 9001and the relevant British Standards (BS 7960). We have implemented a documented quality management system and adopted a quality culture throughout our business to ensure the individual requirements of our customer’s are understood and achieved to their full satisfaction.
We have recognised that by identifying and implementing continual business and quality improvements within the service we provide we will promote a partnership relationship that is mutually beneficial and mutually profitable.
Quality Objectives
To ensure we remain focused on achieving our ambitions we have set the following quality objectives that we will monitor and measure ourselves against.
Maintain ISO 9001accreditation.
Respond within 24 hours to any Customer enquiry.
Respond to all Customer Complaints within 24 hours and to close down to the full satisfaction of the customer within 5 working days.
Ensure no customers are dissatisfied with the service we provide.
This Quality Policy shall be communicated throughout the organisation via effective induction training and by inclusion in the company handbook. Its understanding will be verified during internal audits.
This Policy is approved by the senior partner and will be reviewed twice a year during management review meetings. |
