We recruit all of our Security Operatives for their honesty, professionalism, work ethic and reliability and have undergone careful training to ensure that they meet both yours and our high standards and expectations. All of our Security Operatives possess nationally recognised Security qualifications and are licensed by the Security Industry Authority. Additionally they have all been carefully background checked and vetted in British Standard 7858:2006 and work to a rigorous code of conduct. Furthermore RISC Security is a proud member of the Security Industry Authority's Approved Contractor Scheme which, combined with our security screening process, offers you the reassurance of working with a company recognised by the industry regulator as providing the highest levels of customer focus, service provision and working standards. | RISC Security Mission Statement It is the mission of RISC Security, part of the Rutherford Group, to provide our clients premises with security personnel to: a) guard premises against unauthorised entry or occupation b) prevent occurrences of disorder & disturbances c) prevent against malicious or criminal damage d) prevent & deter against theft or other criminal activity e) assist in ensuring that premises licensing conditions are met f) prevent individuals, both employee’s and venue staff, against assault or injuries that maybe inflicted by the unlawful actions or conduct of others g) ensure a safe and welcoming environment for our clients staff, customers and other visitors RISC Security strives to achieve this by means of liaising closely with its clients and responding to their needs, as well as taking a customer friendly approach that enhances public safety through the visibility of security personnel, regular premises patrols and positive conflict management resolution skills coupled with crime prevention and awareness programs. To achieve our goals we also follow the following key steps: • To only deploy to our clients fully trained and Security Industry Authority licensed security personnel • To ensure that all of our staff operate at all times in accordance with both the SIA’s Code of Conduct and our operational procedures • To strive to constantly improve our service through a programme of ongoing internal training and operational and procedural reviews • To fully vet and background check all of our employee’s, both operational and back office personnel • All company directors will hold valid front line operational SIA licenses • To liaise with and respond to our clients’ demands will the utmost flexibility • To treat our clients security surveys and information in strictest confidence, and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 Top of page |
