Bouncers’ Lessons To Fight Terrorism
The Visitor, a newspaper based in Morecambe, recently run the following story relating to our security training:
A new course teaching bouncers how to deal with the unlikely event of a terrorist attack on their pub or club is coming to Morecambe. Head door supervisors who work in Morecombe night-spots will take the B-Tec Level 3 Award in Security Management (Head Door Supervision) later this month.
Staff
The training includes dealing with terrorism and controlled handling of serious situations in pubs and clubs. Senior staff at ICU Security Services, who work the doors in Morecambe town centre, are among those who will be taking the course.
“This course has opened our eyes to the need for our staff to be trained to manage every situation,” said Brendon Hughes, MD of ICU Security Services.
